Which is why our people don’t just work for Paramount, they own it. In 2021 we introduced an Employee Ownership Trust (EOT) scheme which enabled our employees to become majority shareholders, collectively owning 51% of the business.

Which means our amazing team of talented office design and fit-out consultants, financial experts, and professional project managers are now even more motivated and empowered to do the right thing for our customers. And their contribution is better recognised than ever before.


Richard Jones

Chief Executive Officer
Richard is responsible for maintaining key account relationships and providing strategic guidance, whilst also being involved in the commercial management of various fit out and refurbishment schemes. One thing you may not know about him: He trained and took part in a white collar boxing event for charity.

Helen Bartlett

Managing Director
Helen is responsible for the strategic development of the business and ensuring objectives are met including reviewing performance, quality and processes. One thing you may not know about her: Helen entered a competition to become a racing car driver and got through to the second stage of the trials!

Steve Mullis

Head of Corporate Services
Steve looks after anything that doesn’t fall within the remit of our four teams, from HR and compliance to training, health and safety, accreditations, insurances, and much more. One thing you may not know about him: Steve used to be a DJ in the early eighties.

Dimitri Tsakiris

Commercial Director
Dimitri takes a lead commercial and operations role across the business. He has responsibility for the regular review and direction of the operational and commercial performance of the business, ensuring best practice and continuous improvement across both.

Paul Jones

Projects Director
Paul manages the M&E requirements for projects, develops schemes with clients, negates potential issues and ensure installations meet budgets and exceed expectations. One thing you may not know about him: Paul is a black belt in Shotokan Karate.

Paul Thomas

Construction Director
Paul oversees our construction projects and their teams, ensuring that they are delivered within programme and budget whilst exceeding H&S regulations and quality to an exemplary standard.

Emma Thomas

Finance Manager
Emma is responsible for internal controls over the company’s financial procedures. One thing you may not know about her: Emma has participated in a women’s rugby team for charity.

Adele John

Health, Safety and Environmental Manager
Adele is responsible for providing competent legal and best practice Health, Safety and Well-being advice and guidance. Adele also undertakes assessments, audits and inspections to assess and implement monitoring standards and compliance. One thing you may not know about her: Adele's happy place is by the coast, spending time with family and friends.

Jon Foster

Design Manager
Jon is responsible for both delivering project solutions and managing the day to day operational functions of the design team. One thing you may not know about him: He swims in the sea all year around (although in a wetsuit in the winter) – it’s what he calls his ‘me time’.
