This allows us to offer our clients two different ways of working with us.
Full design & build
This is where you enter into a contract with us to deliver a one-stop-shop solution, where we are responsible for the full design and construction of the project.
The advantage of this approach is that you have a single point of responsibility for delivery of the project – it is a methodology we have used successfully many times over our 31 years in business.
If the design part of your project is already taken care of, you can engage us as Principal Contractor for a diverse range of construction trades, to manage the build.
Again your contract would be with us and as and where necessary we project manage subcontract elements of the project on your behalf. This can vary from 10-25 different trades for a typical project depending on scale and content.
For this type of arrangement some, or all of the design, will be undertaken by a third party engaged directly by the Client, e.g. an Architect or Structural Engineer. We can often work alongside the client’s existing design team by carrying out the RIBA stages 3, 4 and 5.
