Rowan Dartington is a leading provider of personalised investment management. The client had relocated to brand-new office space at Temple Point, Bristol.
Working closely with the project team, we were asked to design a collaborative and inspirational new workspace for their teams.
Through a series of workshops and weekly site tours, together with a furniture package from Abbey Business Interiors, we fitted-out a large open space and transformed it into an agile environment that would work for all teams. The modern space now encourages team collaboration, interaction and flexibility.
A truly flexible environment needs different types of working areas for diverse working styles and tasks. We introduced areas for open discussions and semi-enclosed meeting space for extra privacy. The client facing reception area also includes formal meeting space, incorporating local landmark graphics.
We delivered a large teapoint and staff refresh area with bifold doors to support the client in holding large social gatherings and networking events when needed. Smaller breakout zones were also created across the floor.
A fresh moss walling feature added biophilia and texture to the office surroundings.
