Fusion Point One

Paramount Interiors was contracted for the multi-million-pound refurbishment of the 65,000 sq. ft Fusion Point One building on behalf of Fidelity UK Real Estate Fund. The objective of the investment was to provide exceptional Grade A office accommodation with sustainability and efficiency at its core.

A sustainable workplace creates a healthy environment for workers, and there is a truly unique environmentally friendly theme throughout the contemporary design at Fusion Point One.

Extensive bicycle facilities, including 98 cycle bays, have been introduced alongside a new build shower block in support of a green travel policy that helps cut fuel emissions and costs. Multiple electric vehicle charging points have also been fitted to the upgraded carparks.

The large package of exterior works included external landscaped break out and seating areas to the rear courtyard to encourage workers to meet, collaborate and relax outdoors, further enhancing health and well-being in the workplace

Inside the building, new energy efficient M&E systems have been implemented to ensure lower running costs.

To the front of the building, a striking two storey atrium has been created above the new reception area, complimented by dramatic feature lighting. The bespoke cladding also adds to the contemporary feel as you enter the building.   

The workspace offers great flexibility for a variety of fit out styles and working environments for a range of different occupiers with varying requirements.
