Cegedim Insurance Solutions
Part of the Cegedim Group, Cegedim Insurance Solutions has been breaking new ground with software packages and services covering the healthcare value chain for over thirty years. The client had outgrown its previous Georgian house office and was relocating to a brand-new city centre building, where we were responsible for their new workplace design, fit out and furniture.
Through a series of workshops, we established the aim of the new space which needed to be inviting, collaborative and engaging for their teams. The new design also needed to incorporate the brand into the scheme through the use of colour as well as the company’s global presence through graphics.
The workshops identified the variety of meeting space required in the new workspace, including open stand-up desking, comfortable collaboration areas and more formal closed meeting rooms.
Overall, the new workplace needed to be bright and open to encourage teamworking, communication and collaboration.
The fit out was delivered during Covid-19, with some difficult periods to manage though lockdown but our careful site organisation enabled everything to be delivered successfully and on time.
