Atlantic House West, Cardiff

Atlantic House occupies a prominent position in Cardiff’s City Centre Enterprise Zone. The building was in need of a major refurbishment to appeal to the letting market, with the aim of increasing asset value.

Paramount Interiors was engaged to refurbish the building, including repairs to the fabric, in order to provide a modern industrial look that would appeal to modern-day occupiers. 

The industrial design features concrete textures and exposed ceilings throughout.

Within the upgraded reception space, contemporary feature lighting suspends above the soft seating areas creating a welcoming and charming entrance space. The monochrome colour scheme is also complemented with a statement mustard shade shown on the upholstery of the seating.
