A Customer Experience Centre was required to welcome and host partners, suppliers, senior politicians, military and civil servants. The space needed to be open, comfortable and future-proof in order to demonstrate and present Airbus' products, systems and solutions. The look and feel had to be professional, sophisticated and bold, accentuating collaboration and innovation as well as being a flexible space for both physical and virtual presentations.




The neutrality of the backdrop, with TV monitors on the wall rather than static graphic images, allows the space to be easily adapted to different presentation methods. Glowing LED plinths form portable display units for physical products while the Touchlab, the only one of its kind in the UK, serves as a giant iPad for virtual presentations.
