We are delighted to announce that the Grade II listed Hodge House building in Cardiff city centre has won this year’s Wales Property Award for Workplace Design of the Year.
Owned by Legal and General, the iconic eight-storey building has been restyled by architectural firm Stride Treglown with our team as Principle Contractor for the £9 million refurbishment, working alongside JLL, Hoare Lea and Currie & Brown.
At the beginning of last year, Paramount was awarded the multi-million-pound fit out contract for the Grade II listed Hodge House building on St Mary’s Street, Cardiff. And last month, before COVID-19 closures were put in place, we successfully completed the transformation works of the eight-storey building, containing 110,000 sq. ft of office space.
