We’re delighted to announce that our refurbishment works at Fusion Point One in Cardiff have been recognised, with Paramount Interiors shortlisted within the finals of the Wales Property Awards 2021.
The redevelopment of the 65,000 sq. ft four-storey Fusion Point One office building was completed by Paramount Interiors on behalf of Fidelity UK Real Estate, with SEAM Architects, Paragon Building Consultancy, Morgan Structural and Evora Edge.
Last year we successfully completed the comprehensive £10 million refurbishment of the 110,000 sq ft, eight-storey Grade II listed office building in Cardiff city centre, bringing it into the 21st century.
Now, with phase two given the green light, the refurbishment works have again been awarded to Paramount Interiors and include a remodelled reception together with a business lounge, as well as a comprehensive refurbishment to the ground, first and second floors.
Picton has given us the go ahead to carry out a £1 million major refurbishment of the five-storey 67,000 sq. ft Longcross Court office building in the city centre.
Over 28,000 sq. ft of office space is to be upgraded, alongside common areas and the creation of a new reception area. The refurbishment works will also include part exposed services, new air conditioning, LED lighting, new WCs and upgraded shower facilities.

Owned by Legal and General, the iconic eight-storey building has been restyled by architectural firm Stride Treglown with our team as Principle Contractor for the £9 million refurbishment, working alongside JLL, Hoare Lea and Currie & Brown.
