Green light for refurbishment of Longcross Cardiff

Picton has given us the go ahead to carry out a £1 million major refurbishment of the five-storey 67,000 sq. ft Longcross Court office building in the city centre. Over 28,000 sq. ft of office space is to be upgraded, alongside common areas and the creation of a new reception area. The refurbishment works will also include part exposed services, new air conditioning, LED lighting, new WCs and upgraded shower facilities.

Hodge House wins Workplace Design of the Year Award

We are delighted to announce that the Grade II listed Hodge House building in Cardiff city centre has won this year’s Wales Property Award for Workplace Design of the Year. Owned by Legal and General, the iconic eight-storey building has been restyled by architectural firm Stride Treglown with our team as Principle Contractor for the £9 million refurbishment, working alongside JLL, Hoare Lea and Currie & Brown.

Paramount completes Grade A office space for iconic building in Cardiff

At the beginning of last year, Paramount was awarded the multi-million-pound fit out contract for the Grade II listed Hodge House building on St Mary’s Street, Cardiff. And last month, before COVID-19 closures were put in place, we successfully completed the transformation works of the eight-storey building, containing 110,000 sq. ft of office space.
