Design Director

Helen is responsible for designing key projects, making strategic business decisions and reviewing processes.

One thing you may not know about her: Helen entered a competition to become a racing car driver and got through to the second stage of the trials!

Alan Bevan
Electrical Supervisor

Alan is responsible for overseeing electrical contracts, ensuring all projects are completed to the highest standard. 

One thing you may not know about him: Alan enjoys nothing more than a Saturday morning on the golf course.

Trainee Site Manager

Tom assists in the delivery of construction projects at site level, supporting the Site Manager in the smooth running of projects.

One thing you may not know about him: In his spare time, Tom restores classic and modern cars. He recently restored a classic two tonne Mini from nothing.

Richard Brown
Site Manager

Richard always tries to forge a strong relationship with the client as he finds it helps to achieve our goal, which is to finish the job on time, to budget and to a high standard.

One thing you may not know about him: Richard collects rare Adidas trainers.

Gavin Buck
Construction Site Manager

Gavin is responsible for ensuring a construction project is completed on time and within budget, whist maintaining quality control measures and ensuring site safety objectives are achieved throughout.

One thing you may not know about him: Gavin has a passion for travelling and set himself a personal goal of visiting 40 countries by 40 years old. He succeeded, achieving this goal aged 38!

Brian is a highly experienced senior estimator and buyer with an established background in construction across private and public sectors.

One thing you may not know about him: He is teaching himself to play the guitar.

Gareth Davies
Senior Designer

Gareth manages the design elements of our CAT B fit out projects and office refurbishments.

One thing you may not know about him: Gareth is currently renovating an 1895 Victorian property and is carrying out all the works along with his partner, from plumbing and electrical to carpentry, plastering and everything in between!

The youngest of the Projects team, Sam thoroughly enjoys the varied work and being part of a successful company. He finds his role really exciting as no two days are the same, whether in the office or out on site.

One thing you may not know about him: He's a football fanatic!

Laura Doherty
CAD Support

Laura supports the M&E team in the preparation of electrical layout drawings.  

One thing you may not know about her: Originally from London, Laura spent time in Dubai where she worked on high end residential projects. In her spare time, Laura enjoys spending quality time with her two beautiful daughters.

Paul Doherty
Business Development Manager

Paul is responsible for developing and building a rapport with clients in order to identify the needs for their workplace.

One thing you may not know about him: Paul is a professional golfer and has played all around the world.

Tim Edwards
Site Manager

Tim manages the delivery of projects from site level, ensuring works are completed on time, within budget and to a high quality standard.

One thing you may not know about him: Tim is currently learning to speak Welsh (not very successfully!)

Claudia Fernandes
Commercial Administrator

Claudia prepares supporting data, spreadsheets and document control, assisting our Project Managers in accordance with our Health and Safety policy, ensuring all information is accurate and up to date.

One thing you may not know about her: Claudia has flown all over the world. In her spare time she enjoys black and white photography, swimming and tennis. 

Jon Foster
Design Manager

Jon is responsible for both delivering project solutions and managing the day to day operational functions of the design team.

One thing you may not know about him: He swims in the sea all year around (although in a wetsuit in the winter) – it’s what he calls his ‘me time’.

Hayley Francis
Marketing Manager

Hayley manages the marketing strategy and all activities in line with the company’s growth aspirations.

One thing you may not know about her: Hayley is one half of the first set of identical twins born at Llandough Hospital in Cardiff. In her spare time she enjoys exploring the South Wales coastline with her two rescue dogs.

Ian Gamble
Construction Manager

Ian is passionate about delivering a quality product and finish, and will lead on extensive build programmes. From office teams to contractors and clients, he will be communicating with all to ensure a successful handover.

One thing you may not know about him: Ian lives by the mantra "a happy life is spent on a mountain, a beach, a bike or in the sea." Whenever possible Ian will be living life outdoors.

Sullivan Gardner
Business Development Manager

Sulli is based in Bristol and is responsible for developing relationships with clients in order to identity the needs of their workplace. With a background in design he has a design-led approach to sales.

One thing you may not know about him: Sulli is a keen sportsman with a passion for almost every activity under the sun! When he isn’t playing sport, he is having fun with his daughter, Bonnie!

One thing you may not know about him: He has been scuba diving for over half his life in cold, dark British waters and can’t seem to give it up!

Gary is responsible for the commercial management of all aspects of projects from inception through to completion and beyond.

One thing you may not know about him: Gary is a seasoned endurance athlete.

Luke Holifield
Assistant Quantity Surveyor

Luke deals with the commercial elements involved in post contract management and often assists in compiling tenders.

One thing you may not know about him: Luke was once airlifted off an Italian mountain and taken to a Swiss hospital where he was stranded for one night following a snowboarding accident... Thankfully, he's now safe and well!

Matt is responsible for delivering the mechanical and electrical installations from tender stage through to practical competition.

One thing you might not know about him: when he’s not at work you can usually find him skateboarding at the local skate park.

Adam Hurlin
Operations Director

Adam is responsible for ensuring the delivery of a quality service and product to our clients. He oversees the Project delivery team and regularly reviews and promotes our culture, systems and procedures, whilst also aiming to reduce risk to the business and our clients.

One thing you may not know about him: Adam worked overseas in Malta prior to settling in Wales.

Site Manager

Winston takes care of our projects in the South West, managing Health and Safety onsite and liaising with subcontractors to deliver projects successfully on time. 

One thing you may not know about him: Winston's cousin is married to former Girls Aloud star Kimberley Walsh!

Adele John
Health & Safety Manager

Adele is responsible for providing competent legal and best practice Health, Safety and Well-being advice and guidance. Adele also undertakes assessments, audits and inspections to assess and implement monitoring standards and compliance.

One thing you may not know about her: Adele's happy place is by the coast, spending time with family and friends.  

Paul Jones
M&E Director

Paul manages the M&E requirements for projects, develops schemes with clients, negates potential issues and ensure installations meet budgets and exceed expectations.

One thing you may not know about him: Paul is a black belt in Shotokan Karate.

Richard Jones
Managing Director

Richard is responsible for the overall strategic development of the business, whilst still being involved in estimating, project management & the commercial management of various schemes.

One thing you may not know about him: He recently took part in his first white collar boxing event!

Vida Jones
Office Administrator

Vida carries out various admin tasks and provides support not only to the Finance Team but also assists other departments as and when required.

One thing you may not know about her: She used to be a folk dancer for twelve years in Lithuania before moving to the UK.

 

Andrew Kidd
Project Designer

Andrew is responsible for developing creative ideas into inspiring designs - from the initial brief through to project completion.

One thing you may not know about him: When not in work Andrew can usually be found drawing, planning the next trip away or running around after his energetic miniature Dachshund called Jacob.

 

 

 

Dean Lewis
Site Manager

Dean co-ordinates work schedules and in turn hopes and prays that everyone and everything turns up on time, as planned! No two days are the same and in his words "he learns something new every day".

One thing you may not know about him: Dean enjoys Greek mythology.

John Lewis
Site Manager

John brings with him over 15 years’ experience in CAT A and CAT B site management. John enjoys the detail and planning element of a project.

One thing you may not know about him: John loves the great outdoors and in his spare time he enjoys shooting and archery.

Kevin Mashford
Sales Director

Kevin is dedicated to ensuring our clients understand every step of the process, getting best value from their investment in a workplace environment.

One thing you may not know about him: He is a black belt in Shotokan Karate and a keen cyclist and does this all with a transplanted heart!

Lynda
Receptionist

Lynda works front of house, the first person everyone sees when they visit our ShowOffice in Cardiff. She always loves the expression on visitor's faces when they see our building for the first time.

One thing you may not know about her: She was once a Lance Corporal in the TA!

Clive Mitchell
Partitioner / Installer

Clive helps to run jobs and assist the Site Manager, making sure everyone knows what they’re doing on a day to day basis.

One thing you may not know about him: Although he likes rugby, Clive is a season-ticket holder at Cardiff City Football Club.

Huw Mugridge
Estimator

Huw's role as Estimator is to carry out the generation and management of costs for Paramount’s fit out projects.

One thing you may not know about him: Huw is a partially qualified drone pilot and a qualified thermographer.

Mike Mulcahy
Project Manager

He manages projects on site, working with clients and sub contractors to make sure that we deliver a first-class project on time.

One thing you may not know about him: He loves wildlife!

Steve Mullis
Head of Corporate Services

Steve looks after anything that doesn’t fall within the remit of our four teams, from HR and compliance to training, health and safety, accreditations, insurances, and much more.

One thing you may not know about him: Steve used to be a DJ in the early eighties.

Stephen Nash
Project Manager

Stephen is responsible for the successful delivery of projects from inception through to completion.

One thing you may not know about him: A self-confessed football fanatic, Stephen travels all over the country and Europe supporting his beloved team.

Owen Nichols
Design Technologist

Owen takes a project on from design stage to ensure they practically work, with regards to the design and detail.

One thing you may not know about him: An avid sailor, Owen has sailed the Fastnet racecourse over to the Fastnet Rock Lighthouse in Ireland.

Project Manager

Craig manages the delivery of fit out projects to ensure they meet expectations regarding programme, health& safety, quality and budget.

One thing you may not know about him: He is a keen cyclist and most of his spare time is spent either riding or fixing his mountain bike and road bike.

Christina Pernientaki
Graphic Designer

Christina works with the Sales & Marketing team to create and develop engaging print and digital collateral, as well as creative social media content.

One thing you may not know about her: As a problem solver, Christina loves a good challenge and is a huge fan of escape rooms.

Rhiannon Phillips
Project Designer

Rhiannon is responsible for creative ideas and driving the design of a project from concept to completion.

Something you may not know about her: Rhiannon loves to travel and is only happy when there’s a trip in the planning; from visiting family to exploring different cultures. She also counts ‘eating good food’ as a hobby!

Wayne Price
General Operative

Wayne likes to keep clients happy by making sure our sites are kept in good order by being clean and tidy.

One thing you may not know about him: Wayne was once a choir boy in the Pentecostal church.

Gary Snowsill
Senior Project Manager

Gary's primary expertise is strategy and planning. He is responsible for the successful delivery of projects from inception to completion, including client aftercare.

One thing you may not know about him: although a proud Englishman, he supports Wales’ women’s rugby.

Emma Thomas
Finance Manager

Emma is responsible for internal controls over the company’s financial procedures.

One thing you may not know about her: Emma has participated in a women’s rugby team for charity.

Ricky Thomas
Contracts Manager

Ricky is the key point of contact for our clients, responsible for overseeing and managing projects from pre-construction through to practical completion.

One thing you may not know about him: Ricky lived in Dubai for 6 years and represented his country in Rugby Union for Wales 7’s. He enjoys all sports and now loves to play golf.

Dimitri Tsakiris
Commercial Director

Dimitri takes a lead commercial role across the business. He provides commercial direction for the pre-construction team and is responsible for the regular review of project performance. 

One thing you may not know about him: Dimitri spent the first fifteen years of his life growing up in Kenya!

Jagdish Vaghani
Project Manager

Jagdish is responsible for the delivery of projects from concept through to completion.

One thing you may not know about him: Jagdish once hiked 60km and climbed 2,100m over 7 days for charity. In his spare time, he volunteers at the Hindu temple in Cardiff, providing management for major construction and refurbishment projects and general facility management of the building.

Jessica Williams
Document Controller

Jessica is responsible for managing documents and issuing information to and from our clients and the design team.

One thing you may not know about her: A keen horse rider, Jessica started riding when she was just 3 years old.
