Richard is responsible for the overall strategic development of the business, whilst still being involved in estimating, project management & the commercial management of various schemes. One thing you may not know about him: He's recently taken part in his first white collar boxing event!

Carl's key responsibilities are to develop new and existing relationships and increase our furniture sales. He loves the diversity of the job and meeting people. One thing you may not know about him: He once modelled on a menswear website!

Paul is responsible for developing and building a rapport with clients in order to identify the needs for their workplace. One thing you may not know about him: Paul is a professional golfer and has played all around the world.

Design Team

Helen is responsible for designing key projects, making strategic business decisions, reviewing processes, and coordinating our marketing. One thing you may not know about her: Helen entered a competition to become a racing car driver and got through to the 2nd stage of the trials!

Jon is responsible for both delivering project solutions and managing the day to day operational functions of the design team. One thing you may not know about him: He swims in the sea all year around (in a wetsuit in the winter) – it’s his ‘me time’.

Rachel's main responsibility is to design a project through from the client brief to installation. One thing you may not know about her: Rachel is learning to horse ride and would eventually like to do dressage and maybe compete one day.

Madison is responsible for assisting with design concepts, electrical drawing layouts and also creating 3D visuals. One thing you may not know about her: When Madison was 11 years old she featured on an S4C programme where she learnt how to ride and jump on a horse in 10 weeks!

Stevie has recently graduated with an Interior Design degree from the University of South Wales and is responsible for producing design concepts, drawing up technical and electrical layouts and creating 3D visuals. One thing you may not know about her: Stevie plays the acoustic guitar.

Amy has completed the second year of her Interior Design degree at the University of South Wales and has joined us for a year to gain some industry experience before going back for her final year. One thing you may not know about her: Amy loves to travel and cook!

John's role encompasses both the management of Paramount’s project risk profile and the hands-on project management of our larger and more complex projects. One thing you may not know about him: John is a passable tapas chef.

Paul manages the M&E requirements for projects, develops schemes with clients, negates potential issues and ensure installations meet budgets and exceed expectations. One thing you may not know about him: Paul is a black belt in Shotokan Karate.

Gary is responsible for the commercial management of all aspects of projects from inception through to completion and beyond. One thing you may not know about him: Gary is a seasoned endurance athlete.

Nigel looks after all aspects of both site and project management. One thing you may not know about him: Nigel used to read his sister's Bunty comic when he was 18!

Gary's primary expertise is strategy and planning. He is responsible for the successful delivery of projects from inception to completion, including client aftercare. One thing you may not know about him: although a proud Englishman, he supports Wales’ women’s rugby.

Brian is a highly experienced senior estimator and buyer with an established background in construction across private and public sectors. One thing you may not know about him: He is teaching himself to play the guitar.

He manages the delivery of fit out projects, concerning programme, health/safety, quality and budget. One thing you may not know about him: He has been scuba diving for over half his life in cold, dark British waters and can’t seem to give it up!

He manages projects on site, working with clients and sub contractors to make sure that we deliver a first-class project on time. One thing you may not know about him: He loves wildlife!

Project Support and Administration

Sam assists in administrative support for the Managing Director and Projects team, project costs, and health and safety management. One thing you may not know about her: Sam has a beagle, called Ralph, who is her pride and joy!

Personal Assistant to the Managing Director

Sam is the youngest of the Projects team and thoroughly enjoys the varied work, and being part of a successful company. He finds his role really exciting as no two days are the same, whether in the office or out on site. One thing you may not know about him: He's a football fanatic!

Site Management and Delivery

Gordon is an experienced Site Manager and therefore responsible for making sure that everything runs like clockwork on site and is carried out in a safe and tidy manner. One thing you may not know about him: He is fascinated by military history.

Dean co-ordinates work schedules and in turn hopes and prays that everyone and everything turns up on time, as planned! No two days are the same and in his words "he learns something new every day". One thing you may not know about him: Dean enjoys Greek mythology.

Richard always tries to forge a strong relationship with the client as he finds it helps to achieve our goal, which is to finish the job on time, to budget and to a high standard. One thing you may not know about him: Richard collects rare Adidas trainers.

Clive helps to run jobs and assist the Site Manager, making sure everyone knows what they’re doing on a day to day basis. One thing you may not know about him: Although he likes rugby, Clive is a season-ticket holder at Cardiff City Football Club.

Wayne likes to keep clients happy by making sure our sites are kept in good order by being clean and tidy. One thing you may not know about him: Wayne was once a choir boy in the Pentecostal church.

Finance

Andrew oversees the Company’s finance function and provides strategic direction to the Management Team. One thing you may not know about him: He once ran in the Grand National, including Beecher’s Brook – but without a horse!

Eirlys books in and codes invoices, processes wages for weekly paid employees and raises payments for sub-contractors. One thing you may not know about her: Eirlys is an adrenalin junkie who loves rollercoaster rides and recently 'zip-wired' across a quarry in North Wales!

Emma is responsible for internal controls over the company’s financial procedures. One thing you may not know about her: Emma has participated in a women’s rugby team for charity.

Steve looks after anything that doesn’t fall within the remit of our four teams, from HR and compliance to training, health and safety, accreditations, insurances, and much more. One thing you may not know about him: Steve used to be a DJ in the early 80s.

Lynda works front of house, the first person everyone sees when they visit our ShowOffice in Cardiff. She always loves the expression on visitor's faces when they see our building for the first time. One thing you may not know about her: She was once a Lance Corporal in the TA!
