Finance Administrator - Full Time

An opportunity has arisen within the Finance Team for an experienced Finance Administrator to be responsible for sales ledger, purchase ledger and sub-contractors ledger (CIS).

The ideal candidate for this role will be an experienced finance professional with a sound working knowledge of SAGE accounting systems.

Key Responsibilities to include:

  • Dealing with all aspects of the purchase and sub contractor ledgers
  • Contract sales invoicing and order book
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Weekly payroll preparation
  • VAT returns
  • Expenses and petty cash
  • Credit control and cash-flow forecasting
  • Preparing BACS and cheque payments
  • Liaising with suppliers and sub-contractors to resolve queries
  • Other administration duties as and when required

SALARY: £25,000 – £29,000 (dependent on experience)

WORKING HOURS: 37.5 hours per week

Electrical Projects Manager - Full Time

Our Projects Team is seeking an experienced Electrical Projects Manager to assist our M&E Director in delivering UK-wide projects for our clients.

The ideal candidate for this role will be an electrical contracts professional, or electrical supervisor looking to further their career, with a sound working knowledge of current electrical installation standards, and experience of managing and working with electrical sub-contractors.

Key Responsibilities to include:

  • Management of sub-contractors.
  • Ensuring installation is to BS standards and project specifications
  • Managing resources and labour to complete projects.
  • Procurement of materials for programmed works.
  • Health & safety documentation and implementation on site.
  • Project programming

SALARY: Competitive package and benefits, depending on experience

WORKING HOURS: 37.5 hours per week
